My Story
I’ve been there, I get it.
I was working 16 hour days as a corporate lawyer.
I’d act on whims of motivation to finally prioritise my “health”, go to the gym a few times (maybe even a few weeks if i was lucky that time), before I ended up right back where I started.
I’d wake up tired and dragging my feet to go to a job that on good days I felt ambivalent about, and on bad days hated.
And I had this constant, niggling feeling there had to be more to life than this on rinse and repeat for 30 years, but had no idea what I’d do next or even where to start...
And I’m so glad I listened and took action. I transformed my life and you can transform yours.
